Greg is amazing. I am a first time home buyer and I have to tell you he really helped my family and I find the perfect home and get the BEST deal! June 2, 2020It was indeed God’s Grace that I found you to list my sisters’ condo in Pacoima, as I moved her into an Assisted Living facility.She lived about 2-1/2 hours from me and I had not been invited to her home for 20+ years. We always ‘met’ somewhere. I went to surprise visit her, due to concerns regarding her mental health, and found her living in a horrible environment of the typical “hoarder”. Her living conditions were horrifying and the condo a nightmare.You met me there and accepted the challenge without hesitation. Being long distance, this was a huge challenge for me and I wasn’t sure I would be able to continue the effort required but you could not have been more helpful. You were patient during the 6 weeks it took to clean out the property, and then took the reins, offering me suggested choices of all sorts of contractors needed. We had to literally gut the property and replace everything from door knobs, light fixtures, window coverings, appliances, flooring, sinks and toilets, and paint. It was a massive job and through you, it was accomplished in less than two months!You offered numerous hours of your time to follow up for me and watch those doing the work to assure it was done well. You kept me informed regarding every step taken and what was required. You saved me so much money, monitoring and even shopping for reasonable items needed, saving me countless long trips.When we listed the property, you did a magnificent job on the way the property was presented through your virtual photo tour and lovely brochures. Ultimately after listing on a Friday, we had seven offers by Sunday and through your management of the buyers, we received $15,000 over the asking price. This was all accomplished during a most difficult time with the Corona Virus Pandemic. It's never easy to move, and it's even more challenging in the midst of a pandemic and less than two weeks from expecting our second child, but Greg made the process quick and painless. We'd been in the market for a new house to accomodate our growing family for the last five months and never once encountered a Real Estate agent as responsive and helpful.
